Refund policy


We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. Please read Soy Austin's return policy below to learn more about our procedures, requirements, and other important information.


  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Items that are custom-made or final sale are not eligible for returns.
  2. Return process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at soyaustintx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards. 
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the original shipping fees may not be refundable.
  4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team at soyaustintx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.
  5. Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  6. Return shipping address: Please contact our customer service team to receive the return shipping address.
  7. Return restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition or if the return request is made after the 14-day return window.
